Northwest EMS / Ambulance Service is a subsidiary of Heritage Valley Health System, Medical Director, Dr. Joe Montibeller, MD., a private organization providing services to several communities.  Avalon, Bellevue, Ben Avon, Ben Avon Heights, Crafton, Emsworth, Findlay, Ingram, Kennedy, Kilbuck, McDonald, McKees Rocks, North Fayette, Oakdale, Pittsburgh International Airport and Stowe.  NorthWest EMS also has mutual aid agreements with Robinson Township EMS, Valley Ambulance Authority EMS and Ross-WestView EMS
