Department Overview

Supporting Township Infrastructure

The Public Works Department provides essential services that keep Stowe Township running safely and efficiently. This includes roadway maintenance, snow removal, park upkeep, and care of Township-owned equipment and vehicles, including police vehicles. The Public Works team plays a vital role in maintaining the infrastructure that supports daily life in the community.

  • Maintenance of Township roads, streets, and public infrastructure
  • Snow removal services (excluding private roads)
  • Upkeep of Township parks and public spaces
  • Maintenance of municipal equipment and vehicles
  • Emergency response support for roadway access and conditions
During winter months, residents are asked not to shovel, blow, or place snow back onto roadways after plowing. Please use off-street parking when available to help ensure safe and efficient snow removal and to maintain emergency access for police, fire, and ambulance services.
