Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division helps protect the health, safety, and quality of life of Stowe Township residents by ensuring properties are maintained in accordance with Township ordinances and adopted property maintenance standards. The division works with homeowners, tenants, landlords, and businesses to address property maintenance concerns, enforce local regulations, and promote safe, attractive neighborhoods. Because ordinances and code requirements may change over time, residents are encouraged to contact Code Enforcement before beginning any construction, renovation, excavation, or property improvement project to verify current requirements and determine whether permits are needed.
