The Stowe Township Police Department patrols the township around the clock, working every shift, every day of the year. We coordinate with the Allegheny County Police, neighboring municipal departments, and Pennsylvania State Police on matters that cross jurisdictions.

Applications Being Accepted for Code Enforcement / Ordinance Officer

Stowe Township is accepting applications for a full-time Code Enforcement/Ordinance Officer position. Interested applicants should contact the township office for details and application requirements.

ALCOSAN Sewerage Rate Increase

Effective January 1, 2026: usage charge rises from $11.92 to $12.76 per 1,000 gallons; quarterly service charge increases from $25.05 to $26.80.

Meeting Schedule Change

Workshop (agenda) meetings have moved to the first Tuesday of each month. Regular (voting) meetings remain on second Tuesdays. All meetings held at Municipal Building.

Winter Weather Parking Advisory

Residents are reminded to use off-street parking during winter weather events. Snow plowing onto public streets is prohibited by township ordinance.
